Carlos Santoyo Jr. Known to all as “CJ”. My nephew. When he was tiny he’d watch the bears games with his miniature helmet on and his winter gloves embracing his miniature pigskin underneath his arm. The kid is only 12 years old now and the kids his age fear him on the mound and on the batters box. He will destroy you on either one. When he steps up to bat his teamates in the dugout chant “BARRY—BONDS”. When he plays first base, his body language is that of a Pro! He eats and breaths baseball!

It was Do or Die. The winner of this game moves on to the little league championship. CJ pitched a no hitter, a triple, a double, and a home-run out of the park. That guaranteed them the victory and a ticket to the championship. Championship game, CJ pitched 4 innings only giving up 2 runs. CJ led his team to a championship victory, making him the MVP, and taking home the game ball. If this ain’t a Pro in the making than I don’t know what is! I’m proud of you CJ.

Thanks Tio Jesse
