This guys is awesome. He’s my pops.(Sacramento) you can just call him Mento for short, or Mr. Santoyo. What can I say he’s been such an encouragement in my life. He’s believed in every single thing I do. Even in my toughest times he believes it can be done. I am grateful to God for giving me such a cool dad. He came to this country with nothing and put together the coolest family ever. He’s got rhythm and he has a great talent with words. I can see where I get my song writing from! The day my dad met my son, was one of the most amazing days ever. why? God kept his promise.
My momma!(Elia) Love her like crazy. She is very shy and timid, but she is one tough woman. Her prayers have kept us going and alive during the crazy neighborhood days. She’s the bomb cook, if she were on Iron Chef she’d take it! She showed me Independence from as far as I can remember, and always took care of me. Her early stories of my birth definitely prove to me God has plan in my life. Oh and she has a way better diet and workout schedule then I do!!
This guy(Carlos) is on my top list of heroes. I owe alot to my oldest brother!! Thanks bro!! He’s achieved so much in the past few years then people I know in 20 years. He worked in a factory his whole life to help sustain the house when I was younger. At the age of 40 he got his BA in teaching while working Full time in a factory, 2 kids, a wife and a home! dang!! That’s some super hero qualities. He now teaches back in Chicago, and is a co-pastor at the church in Chicago. My bro bought me my first car before I went to college. If I have achieved anything its been because In part I did it for him!
This is my sis(Yolanda). She is the sweetest woman of God you’ll ever meet. She’s an accountant and bookkeeper for a school. She’s a great poet and creative writer, and the day she releases her book I’ll be the first to buy it. Miss her so much. She’s a big dreamer, we’d sit at home and just dream about what we can do to impact the world! And soon enough we will Yola!
This is my dark Bro(LUIS...”lou”). This guy is so freakn talented it ain’t even funny!He’s an amazing artist which led to him becoming a sketch artist for the Chicago police. If you google his name hes the first person you’ll see! He’s a top notch detective, just like the movies,only this is the real deal. He’s also a recording artist. One his songs was in the top charts in PR a few years back. He’s the lead pastor of “house of Jubilee” in the Chicago. We gotta snag him and bring him to Homestead!! He’s been a great friend! Thanks for carrying me along them crazy church nights when I was the little skinny scrawny kid known to EVERYONE as LUIS”S brother. Glad to be out of your shadow. jk.
This is my bro (Albert..”AL”). You definitely don’t wanna get into a fight with this guy. If he would’ve got into UFC I’d have his poster on my wall Haha. He looked out for me when I was young and had to walk the crazy streets of Pilsen back in the day. He works for a production set up company. He’s a great HIP HOP Mcee, and he’s still can pop lock and break dance…a little, you’re getting old bro. He’s got an amazing story people need to hear.
This is my little brother(Alex). He never gets carded and i still do!! This guy is a rock-star and we’re gonna take over the world with our band. By the way he’ll be in town in Nov. We’re gonna rock here in homestead with TSP. this kid’s an amazing musician(drummer) writer and performer. Back in Chicago he’s known as the beat machine. I always knew he’d do great things. He plays percussion for a band called “salvador”. I am glad he listened and learned from my drum skills and philosophy, he totally kicks my butt on drums now…not yet almost. This guys has an amazing heart, he’ll take the shirt of his back for anyone. Can’t wait to see you bro!
